Wilson's birthday

A few weeks ago was our friend Wilson's birthday. We went to his party at a park. There was a last minute switch to a different park, one that had a splash pad. We didn't have swimsuits, or towels, but we really wanted to get wet and mom and dad let us. We were thankful that someone else let us use their towels.

Dance class

Thursdays is still one of my favorite days, because I get to go to dance class. Last week Ms. Julia, our teacher, let us bring our parents to watch all that we have learned. It was fun. Mom took lots of movies and dad got some nice action shots of me. I think Elijah would like to dance too.

Dress up

Bowling

When people would come to look at our house we would play outside, or go get dinner. One day we went down the street to the bowling alley! The balls were really heavy, it was hard to push them. But they put up bumpers for us so we could score better.

Hug time

One little tradition we have here is that Elijah gets out of the bath first, and then when Mikayla is in her towel he gives her a big hug!

Where we've been

I know it's been a long time since blogging. A lot has happened. We had lots of people come look at our house, it wasn't very fun having to pick things up all the time. But finally we found someone who liked our house and wants to buy it. We got to go see some houses with mom and dad and our favorite realtor. It was fun to run around in them. We are waiting to hear if our offer is accepted so I can move close to my friends Charis and Molly! Daddy flew to Texas for a week for work. We missed him, but we did get to go to the circus with Wilson and his Mommy. That was cool. They had tigers there this time! We got to eat lots of popcorn, and a clown gave us a smily sticker. We didn't ride the elephant, mommy said maybe next time!

On the Market

Having our house on the market has had quite an effect on Mikayla. Our realtor calls himself the hard working nice guy. Mikayla made up a song about him, with that slogan and often says how he is our favorite realtor. Also the other day she was "reading" a book to her animals that was about cleaning up. I heard her say that the bears were cleaning up their house because a realtor is going to come. She also dutifully looked like Cinderella and washed off our table and swept the kitchen floor yesterday. No realtor was coming, but that was her motivation.
